Managing Director, Janine Roberts, founded J9 Consulting & Executive Coaching in 2008.

 

Janine is an energetic and inspirational coach and facilitator, specialising in creating high performing teams and leaders. 

 

Her ability to inspire, develop and motivate others is driven from her extensive experience and credibility in designing, directing and delivering large-scale change programmes. These have included complex health and care systems in the UK, USA and Canada. 

 

She holds a Masters degree in behaviour change and coaching, and is a Leadership & Behaviour Change Specialist, and Leadership Coach.

We are highly qualified experts in leadership coaching, training and facilitation of individuals and teams. We distinguish ourselves by our passion and drive to help people be the best they can be, realise their true potential and achieve high performance without compromising on what matters most in their lives.

How We Do It

Change can be uncomfortable and exposes real personal vulnerabilities. We create a safe space for our clients to help them move beyond their comfort zone so they can explore and test new ways of being and working without judgment.

A trained coach and facilitator, Sharon’s background is in large multi-national organisations, where she had responsibility for commercial and contractual management. Now at J9, Sharon frequently leads large-scale leadership development programmes.

Jonathan holds a PhD in Sport Psychology and has worked as a Senior Lecturer, honing his understanding of how people learn and how to use psychological principles to help people change their lives for the better. 

 

At J9, Jonathan provides tailored support to help people flourish, to be happier in themselves and to achieve their personal, team or organisational outcomes. 

Gülcan is a highly skilled healthcare consultant, change management expert, trainer and transformation coach.

 

Gülcan is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with extensive experience of driving major improvement programmes both in the UK and abroad.

Nicki is a qualified coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer. She has experience in a range of improvement methodologies to help teams solve problems and learn together to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Nicki’s approach blends the theory and application of improvement tools with approaches to cultural change management, together with the use of narrative to win hearts and minds.
