Commissioning Leadership Development Programme
Healthy London Partnership

J9 was commissioned to undertake an evidence-based needs analysis of the leadership skills and requirements for Children and Young People’s (CYP) commissioners to help them lead and commission services that could reduce fragmentation, promote integration and improve the outcomes for CYP across London. A bespoke Leadership Development programme was co-designed with an expert reference group, covering leading self, leading others and leading large-scale change.

The programme was delivered over a 10-month period with coaching and mentoring throughout. It was independently evaluated, demonstrating positive correlation with the programme and improved competencies. See what the delegates themselves had to say about their journey.

Healthy Living Ambassadors Programme
Healthy London Partnership

The Healthy Living Ambassadors Programme was commissioned with the ambition to create a social movement towards workplace wellbeing within the NHS in alignment with the London Healthy Workplace Charter, making London one of the healthiest places to work. The programme objectives included designing and delivering evidence-based training to a cohort of ambassadors, who in turn would be able to have healthy conversations with colleagues and teams as well as improve their own health and wellbeing. Early evaluations and local anecdotal evidence shows positive changes in behaviour being experienced.

American Society for Enhanced Recovery (ASER)

J9 was commissioned by ASER based on their extensive experience of directing the National Enhanced Recovery Programme in the UK. They brought together the best evidence and US experiences of implementing enhanced recovery and developed the implementation guide for multidisciplinary teams.

UCL Partners

J9 has been delighted to provide coaching support to the UCL Partners Primary Care leadership programme supporting GPs, Practice Managers, Partners, Governors and Senior Nurses on their leadership journey.

Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust

J9 worked with Northampton General Hospital to design and deliver the Francis Crick Programme – a four-part leadership and management development programme delivered over a six-month period, designed to equip the senior leaders and managers with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to provide effective leadership for clinical excellence.
