What’s Included?

The programme consists of:

  • Four modules starting with the foundation module, module 1: “Who are you and what do you want?”. This module underpins the full Personal Performance Programme.
  • Each module is designed to be completed over a three week cycle. Once you have signed up, you can login at any time and access “Your Programmes” through the menu at the top of each page.  Week 1 will be available for you to start immediately, with the content for weeks two and three being released subsequently.  You’ll receive an email each week giving you access to the week’s resources related to the module(s) you have purchased.

Your resources include:

  • An online overview presentation talking you through the themes and exercises.
  • Printable downloads which includes your personal reflective workbook for each week.
  • Additional templates related to the exercises in your workbook.

In addition to all of the above, you will receive regular invitations to join our webinars and online discussions related to the themes in each module which are available to subscription members only.

The Modules

1. Who are you and what do you want?

This foundation module underpins the full Personal Performance Programme. It covers the basic principles of increasing your self-awareness and getting to know yourself better; understanding and owning your back story and the beliefs you have adopted over time and exploring your definition of success and getting on the right path to achieve it.

2. Getting balance in your life

In this module we explore why balance is important and how it directly relates to your personal performance. We explore what gets in the way of you achieving balance in your work and your personal life, how you can get it back and strategies you can adopt to maintain that balance, leading to a more fulfilling life.

3. Reclaim your personal power

This module takes you on a journey and shares some common examples of how we lose our personal power and can so easily give it away in our personal life, friendships and work. We then take you through some key strategies on how to reclaim your personal power with confidence.

4. Personal mastery

The final module brings together the essence and principles of all the learning from the previous modules and challenges you to go further to being true to yourself, becoming what you were meant to become and being a master of your own destiny.
