Thank you for your interest in this strategic leadership development programme, which has been commissioned by Healthy London Partnership and funded by Health Education England and the Cavendish Square Group. Please read the following information and if you have been nominated by your organisation to join the programme, then please complete the application form below to confirm your intention to participate.
If you have been nominated, it is because you are passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. This leadership programme will support you in developing new skills to respond to the strategic challenges that are being faced in the children and young people’s mental health workforce.
The programme will consist of six modules (three face to face, three online), self-directed learning relating to each module and a team based coursework assignment to progress a strategic project focussing on workforce challenges. Throughout the programme you will receive peer group and coaching support. The programme will culminate with teams presenting their business case for change (based on the coursework) to a Pan London executive strategic group.
In order to participate fully and successfully in the programme, you will be required to attend the scheduled modules, coaching/peer review sessions and commit time to completing the self-directed learning and coursework.
It is important that you understand the level of commitment and participation required throughout the programme. Please review the figure below which provides programme dates and gives an indication of the learning hours you will be required to commit to.
