The programme will consist of six live online modules, self-directed learning relating to each module and a team based coursework assignment to progress a strategic project focussing on workforce challenges. Throughout the programme you will receive peer group and coaching support. The programme will culminate with teams presenting their business case for change (based on the coursework) to a Pan London executive strategic group.
In order to participate fully and successfully in the programme, you will be required to attend the scheduled modules and coaching/peer review sessions and commit time to completing the self-directed learning and coursework. Please review the figure below which provides programme dates and gives an indication of the learning hours you will be required to commit to:
